BO-HEPES-IVM-buffered oocyte maturation medium

BO-HEPES is a medium that allows the in vitro maturation of oocytes outside the incubator and during transportation without an incubator. It is also suitable for traditional use in incubators. The medium is supplemented with low glucose, gonadotrophic hormones and gentamycin.
