BO-SemenPrep medium

The BO-SemenPrep medium is used for the washing of semen prior to in vitro fertilisation. The medium is a non-capacitating formula which conserves spermatozoa energy prior to introduction to the fertilisation medium. It avoids the toxicity of traditional gradients, supports a gentler centrifugation process and allows for fewer steps than traditional processes.
